Early Learning Programs

We offer programs for all ages to help encourage a love for reading right from birth! Join us for our fun programs that encourage parents, caregivers and children to participate and get excited! All of our early learning programs are free of charge, and are available to anyone who has a library card. Check out our calendar of events to see the current dates of new programs!

Baby Time

Baby Time is a short program for parents and babies ages newborn to 14 months who want to do a bit of reading but know that naps and feeding are important too. Develop early connections for a lifetime of language and literacy learning!

Toddler Time

Encourage the love of reading with your toddler with stories, songs, rhymes, wiggles, and a special souvenir craft. Toddler Time is for one and two year olds who are walking.

Preschool Stories

Language and literacy fun for 3-5 year olds featuring stories, songs, rhymes, and a related craft. These story souvenirs will offer your child the opportunity to retell the stories at home.

Story Time for Caregivers

Caregivers, bring your children to enjoy stories, rhymes, finger plays and crafts! This program is for caregivers with children up to 6 years of age.
