C. H. Hale stated, In the foreground is Delanys boathouse at the foot of Coldwater Street, afterwards owned and operated by Thomas Bridgewater; in the foreground is Vicks Flour Mill still in existence.
On this page St. James Church, of course, has been replaced by the present structure. (See later reference) Asylum Point is now Couchiching Beach Park. (Reference has been made previously to this and the building erected thereon.)
