The cost is $2 base fee per print, plus 50 cents for every metre of filament required.
Please note-- Prints over 4 hours will be considered on a case by case basis.
While we cannot make any guarantee on when your prints will be completed, we will do our best to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

What can I print?
Anything! As long as it is appropriate for a Library setting, safe, and not in contravention of copyright law, you can print just about anything! However, Library staff reserve the right to terminate any job for any reason, including inappropriate content or printing malfunctions.

What file formats can I use?
We recommend using .STL files. While other types of files are possible to print, we use .STL whenever possible. If you want to use a different file type, check with Library staff first.
How big can my objects be?
The maximum build volume is 215 x 215 x 200 mm (8.5 x 8.5 x 7.9 in).
What type of material does the printer use?
We use PLA filament, which is biodegradable. This is the most common type of filament currently in use for 3D printing.
