Room Rental

Meeting Rooms

The Orillia Public Library offers two Programming Rooms for rental services Monday through Friday when they are not required by the Library. 
Bookings begin at 10 a.m. and must end 15 minutes before the Library closes.  (Please view our Hours of Operation.)
 (*Meeting rooms may be booked once per month only and can recur a maximum of 3 times in a row.)

Room Rental rates are as follows:

Rate per hour: Individual Room -$25, Combined Rooms - $50
*Non-Profit rate per hour (up to 4 hours): No Charge
*Non-Profit rate per hour (if exceeding four hours): Individual Room - $12.50, Combined Rooms - $25
(*Non-profit organizations must provide their registration number at the time of the booking.)

Maximum occupancy of an individual room must not exceed 40, maximum occupancy of combined rooms must not exceed 80.

(Please note: Library meeting rooms may not be used for social or celebratory services except with the approval of the CEO. These events include, but are not limited to, wedding receptions, baby showers and parties.)
