The Orillia Public Library will continue Curbside Pickup Services until further notice. During this time the Library building will be closed to the public.
The Curbside Pickup Door is located at the Mississaga Street entrance. An accessible walkway from the West Street Parking Lot is located to the right of the Opera House. There are also parking spaces available on Andrew Street. If you park on Mississaga Street, please ensure that you do not park or stop in the bus loading zone. .

Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Wednesday: 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Thursday: 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Friday: 11 a.m.- 6 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Sunday: CLOSED
All returned items will continue to be quarantined for a period of 72 hours before being loaned to others.

| Items signed will follow our usual loan periods. You may return your items through the Andrew Street book drop 24/7. |
| Is it safe to borrow Library materials? |

The safety of our customers and our staff is our highest concern. We are taking precautions to ensure that the items on our shelves and any items returned to us are safe to be handled. All returned items are quarantined for a period of 72 hours before being loaned to others. Please don't borrow library materials if you are feeling unwell or if any member of your household is sick or in isolation. |
| What if I need help placing holds or need help picking books? |
| If you need help selecting items and placing holds, please email us or call 705-325-2556 for assistance. If you need help selecting children or teen materials, please email the Family Department or call 705-325-2559. |
| Can I still place interlibrary loan requests while the building is closed? |
| Yes, please email us or call 705-325-2556 if you would like to request an item from another public library in Ontario. |
